We’ve just launched another new feature – a brand new alert metric, abandons per hour.
Zuko’s alerting system sends you an email when your form performance peaks or dips. You set the parameters for when an alert should be sent. The abandon alert metric allows you to set alerts when the abandon count for a form is higher than average.
Unexpected spikes in abandon rates can indicate issues with forms. Alerts provide an early warning sign when abandon numbers exceed a set amount during a time period.
The Alerts graph shows form abandons by hour giving a detailed view of how form abandons play out over a day, week, month or custom time range.
You can choose to be alerted if abandons are greater than or less than the average or other chosen amount. For example if you have made improvements to your form resulting in less users abandoning your form you can set an alert for when there are no abandons by choosing less than 1 per hour.
Alerts can also be set to run all the time or during specific time periods or at all hours.
Once the abandon count it set, it’s plotted on the graph with a red line for review and can be easily adjusted if needed by amending the abandon count.
Abandon Alerts emails are triggered when abandons exceed the set limit for the previous hour of time elapsed e.g. 12:00 to 13:00 UTC.
It’s easy to amend Alerts at any time by changing the criteria or the contacts as needed. You can add up to 25 email addresses for each alert.
There is no limit to the number of alerts that can be set for each form and there is the flexibility to customise the criteria providing the ability to customise who receives specific Alerts and when.
For example you can set the same alert, but with different conditions:
This development for Alerts is just one of a host of new and exciting features available in Zuko, giving you a new perspective on your form data.
