Webflow is one of the world's leading content management systems. It allows you to build your own custom website and add forms to it.
You’ve always been able to add Zuko tracking to Webflow forms through the traditional tag manager route. However, we’ve now created an app within Webflow’s ecosystem as an alternative way to install the code. This guide takes you through how you can get the tracking live through the app.
To get started, firstly search for the Zuko app in the Webflow app store
Then, launch the app. It will bring up a window asking you to click on the form you want to track. Navigate to the form on your Webflow site and click it (making sure it is the form element and nothing else).
The app will ask you for the Form ID. To get this you’ll need to sign up for a Zuko account. Click ‘sign up here’ and complete the form that it takes you to.
Once you are in the app you’ll need to add your form so the tracking can be matched. The form URL details should have already been populated - you just need to create a form label and click ‘save’.
You’ll then be taken to the Edit Form section of Zuko. All you need to do here is copy the Form ID
Then, return to Webflow and paste it into the Form ID box and click the blue button below it.
And that’s it. You should receive a success message and, once the form is published in Webflow, you’ll be able to see how people behave on your form and where they drop off.
If you are already registered with Zuko the process is even easier. Simply make sure your form is added within Zuko. You then navigate to the edit form page and grab the Form ID as above.
You can then go back to Webflow and paste the Form ID into the relevant box in the same way and Zuko will start tracking.
Please note that, once you have added the Zuko code via the Webflow app you do not need to add it again. You may see some references to adding code tags within the Zuko app but you can just ignore them (they are used if you want to set up tracking using a tag manager).
