CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR

In the case of the user data captured during the installation of Zuko Analytics tracking installed on your site or through the use of Zuko Form Builder on your site, we will act as a data processor (with you as the data controller). Note that Formisimo is not responsible for the content of any forms published using Zuko Form Builder. The user of Zuko Form Builder is responsible for such content and ensuring that it complies with any applicable data protection and privacy legislation within the relevant territory.
