Zuko Partner Programme - Terms and Conditions

Zuko is a Form Analytics software platform provided by Formisimo Ltd whose registered address is at Colony, 5 Piccadilly Place, Manchester, M1 3BR. Formisimo Limited is a company incorporated in England and Wales (registered number: 06760888).By signing up to the Zuko Partner Programme and confirming your acceptance, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please note that these terms and conditions apply to Zuko’s Partner Programme only. Separate terms and conditions apply to the use of Zuko software which would be agreed at the time of creating a new Zuko account.

Eligibility
‍The Zuko partner programme is available to CRO / Digital Marketing consultants and small agencies. The definition of “Small Agency” is not officially policed - applicants can self declare Small Agency status but, as guidance, we would typically class it as no more than 10 employees. If you are not sure then please contact us.

Acceptance
‍Zuko reserves the right to withhold acceptance onto the partner programme at its discretion.
Should the partner programme be oversubscribed, Zuko may operate a staggered system for onboarding; allowing access to the programme to set tranches of registrants at set times. This will be entirely at Zuko’s discretion.

Access to Services
‍Upon successful registration and acceptance you will be given access to the basic tier of Zuko’s Form Analytics tool which allows you to track up to 10,000 form sessions per month. Details of how to set this up in the Zuko app will be provided after confirmation of acceptance.Zuko will also provide training and associated materials for you to get the most from the tool. Details of this will be provided following successful acceptance.

Credit and Representation
‍As a member of the Partner Programme, you will credit Zuko for any use of the data from the Form Analytics platform that is shared outside of your organisation.

We’d also appreciate it if you could link to Zuko’s website from your site (this is not a condition of the Programme, however). Zuko can provide appropriate visual assets for you to do this.

Partners will not misrepresent the Zuko service; nor will they claim to be a representative of Zuko Analytics or Formisimo Ltd. Any breach of this may result in access to the programme being withdrawn.

Case Studies
‍Zuko are actively looking to create case studies around successful use of the platform. Although, it is not a condition of the Programme, we will be looking to Partners to help us develop these case studies when they use the tool for their clients.

Data Privacy
‍All personal data that you provide to the Zuko Partner Programme will be processed in line with Zuko’s Privacy Policy. You may request for your data to be deleted from Zuko’s systems at any time and this deletion will take place within 10 working days.

‍Referral Scheme
‍As part of the Programme, Zuko will be offering a referral scheme for any paying business referred to us by the Partner. We recognise that some Partners will not be comfortable receiving a fee so this is purely optional and will be covered by a separate referral agreement which will be agreed between the parties at the time of any referral.
Zuko’s standard referral fees are 20% of first year pre-tax revenues. These are paid quarterly and are conditional on having received payment from the end client.

Sub-Contracted Consultancy Work
‍Zuko may sub-contract consultancy work on our client’s forms to Programme Partners. The fee and scope of work for this would be negotiated between the parties at the time of offering a sub-contract.

Cancellation
‍Zuko may withdraw access to the Partner Programme at its sole and complete discretion. This may be done for any reason that Zuko determines valid.

The Partner may withdraw from the programme at any time by providing written confirmation to Zuko.

Applicable Law
‍This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
