Medallia offers a variety of different UX tools, of which form analytics is just a small part. Zuko deliberately specializes in form analytics and optimization tools only so you need to bear that in mind when you compare Zuko and Medallia.

Zuko provides a much more in-depth and flexible set of form reports that will get you to the problem areas in your forms and inform the potential solutions much quicker than Medallia does.
