Mouseflow is positioned as a budget friendly alternative to its high cost competitors such as Contentsquare and Fullstory. It is true that headline prices are cheap but if you are interested in form analytics you need to look beyond that. Form analysis is only available in the more expensive Premium Package meaning that, at lower traffic levels, Zuko is clearly the cheaper option. Mouseflow also skimp on the customer service. Whilst Zuko's customer success team is accessible at all our pricing levels, Mouseflow restrict access only to their Enterprise customers meaning, unless you can afford an Enterprise contract, you are on your own if you went help with set-up or data interpretation.
